If you have pesky telemarketers or recorded callers calling, get informed at the Do NOT Call Registry.
You can learn how to email or call in complaints, who CAN call you (Politicians, of course!, charities --is there a similarity?-- people you do business with, and surveys -- what!!! why???)

Get proactive. If you are not part of the solution, it has been said you are part of the problem.
